Synopsis
After losing his mother, gifted pianist Kosei Arima withdraws from music when trauma makes him unable to hear his own playing. He drifts through school in a muted emotional landscape, supported by longtime friends, until Kaori Miyazono, an impulsive violinist with an unrestrained approach to performance, draws him back toward the piano and challenges everything he believed music had to be.
