Synopsis
At a rural Shinto temple, teenager Ushio Aotsuki discovers a centuries-old demon imprisoned beneath the family grounds. When other supernatural creatures begin converging on the shrine, he has no choice but to release the dangerous Tora and rely on him for protection. Bound together by necessity, human and monster must confront the threat surrounding them while resisting their mutual distrust.
