Synopsis
Amid the violence of Japan's Sengoku era, a ruler sacrifices his newborn son to supernatural beings, leaving the child robbed of essential parts of his body and abandoned. Years later, Hyakkimaru survives with help from a wise healer and engineered prosthetics. Joined by Dororo, a resourceful young thief, he travels across the country hunting the demons responsible and reclaiming what was taken.
