Synopsis
In the distant future, the alien Gauna have erased the Solar System, leaving humanity aboard the generation ship Sidonia. Nagate Tanikaze, raised in its neglected lower levels, is recruited into the ship's Guardian force and assigned to pilot the aging Tsugumori, a powerful machine from an earlier era. His first deployment places him at the center of Sidonia's struggle to survive.
