Synopsis

A young boy takes on the dangerous discipline of competitive freediving, descending into the ocean while holding his breath and confronting the limits of the human body. As records push athletes toward greater depths, his challenge becomes more than a sporting pursuit: it raises questions about the powerful connection between people and the sea, and why anyone would risk death to pursue it.
