Synopsis
In Edo, the mysterious ronin Senou Souichirou arrives in a crowded working-class neighborhood, unsettling residents who sense something dangerous about him. Instead of relying on his real sword, he trades it away and adopts a bamboo substitute, taking work as a local teacher. His attempt at an ordinary life is soon threatened when new trouble reaches the tenements.
