Synopsis
At a student hostel, withdrawn Akio keeps his distance from those around him, while Umi moves easily through a succession of casual encounters. Despite their contrasting approaches to intimacy, the two gradually form a bond and begin turning to one another as they confront unresolved pain from their pasts.
