Yawara!

Synopsis

Yawara Inokuma seems like an ordinary high school student, but her grandfather, a seventh-dan judo master, has spent years preparing her to represent Japan at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. While he sees a future champion, Yawara dreams of an uneventful adolescence away from intense training and public expectations, creating the central tension between her wishes and his ambitions.
