Synopsis
In contemporary Japan, Ushijima runs an illegal lending business aimed at people shut out of ordinary finance. His clients turn to him to fund gambling, drinking, and other urgent wants, but the debt they accept draws them into a harsh cycle of pressure and exploitation. The manga examines the precarious lives surrounding the country's shadow economy.
