Synopsis

After surviving the destruction of her family during a military campaign, fifteen-year-old Princess Taira Chiyo leaves her sheltered life behind in pursuit of eternal life. Her search leads to Kijin-sama, a man rumored to be immortal. Instead of offering the answer she seeks, he reveals an opposing desire: to end his own seemingly endless existence.
