Synopsis
Decades after the Pacific War, Japan's ninja have not vanished but adapted to life in the shadows, with a vast hidden population ranging from government operatives to struggling low-level practitioners. Kuro Kumogakure belongs to the latter group: jobless, isolated, and drifting as a NEET while the secretive ninja world continues operating around him.
