Synopsis
In ancient Wa, human communities live under the influence of powerful deities. Miyo, an orphan chosen to die in a village ritual, resigns herself to becoming a sacrifice until she meets En-no-Ozuno, an extraordinary monk who can communicate with the gods. Joined by a mysterious demon boy, the pair are drawn into a journey across shifting realms of time and space.
