Synopsis
In Seika's thirty-first year, government-backed censors and the Library Force wage an armed struggle over who should control access to books and other media. Iku Kasahara enlists with the Library Force for two reasons: to defend the freedom to read and to locate the unidentified young man who once protected her during a censorship operation.
