Synopsis
Modern Tokyo conceals a predatory population that survives by hunting people after dark. Ken Kaneki, a quiet university student, expects an ordinary date until his companion reveals a monstrous appetite for human flesh. The encounter tears away his assumptions about the city and draws him into a dangerous struggle between ordinary people and the creatures living among them.
