Synopsis
After losing the man represented by a cherished stone figure, Zhang Li is consumed by regret and somehow returns to a distant era. In the vanished kingdom of Elbis, he finds that figure alive—but its human counterpart is a feared ruler, nothing like the dependent companion he remembers. Zhang Li must confront this unfamiliar version of the person he loved and seek a way to remain by his side.
