Synopsis
After finishing a doomsday novel, Chang Ting notices reality beginning to mirror its imagined catastrophe. Buildings vanish, creatures emerge on a predictable schedule, and the stages of the disaster follow the book's plot. To stay alive, he uses his foreknowledge to reach the first sites of supernatural manifestations and claim powers before the wider population understands what is happening.
