Synopsis
In middle school, Kimitaka Ichinose's efforts to teach basketball to his friends leave him isolated when they grow more talented than he is. Wounded by their cruel reaction to his jealousy, he prepares to discard his prized shoes. Instead, a chance meeting with a rejected Spanish dancer leads them to trade footwear—and gives Kimitaka a reason to reconsider his own future in high school.
