Synopsis
In an eighteenth-century Tibetan mountain village, thirteen-year-old Kan Shiba is training as a doctor while gathering medicinal plants for his community. His routine changes when Moshi Rati, a young woman from a distant land, arrives unexpectedly as his betrothed. As Kan learns about his unfamiliar bride, their new household begins to take shape amid everyday village life and medical practice.
