Talker

Synopsis

Priscilla is a celebrated hero among the Talkers, people who speak with objects to draw out their abilities. Her standing collapses when she learns her young son Leon carries the forbidden gift of a Rumor, whose spoken lies take physical form. To keep him from execution, she gives up her fame and flees with him toward a hidden village said to hold a rite that could change his nature, hunted by friends and foes alike.
