Synopsis
In 2022, players enter Sword Art Online, an immersive virtual reality role-playing game controlled through advanced neural technology. When they discover that escape is impossible, thousands become trapped inside the floating fortress of Aincrad while their bodies remain vulnerable in the real world. Kirito, a skilled player, must survive the deadly game and help reach its highest level, since defeat inside the simulation has fatal consequences outside it.
