Synopsis

In a contemporary society inhabited by beastfolk, struggling chinchilla actress Shen Youqing escapes an exploitative audition with help from Shi Ruolin, the woman who was once her first love, fiancée, and sworn rival. Their reunion offers little comfort: facing serious financial pressure, Shen accepts Shi's contract and enters the service of the emotionally distant woman, bringing their unresolved past back into close proximity.
