Synopsis
After failing once again to enter the civil service, socially awkward Maru Han takes an unexpected path into a covert government division under the Ministry of Environment. Its agents confront human-eating demons that emerge amid yellow dust storms. While learning to survive this dangerous work, Maru investigates the unusual reason these creatures keep gravitating toward him—and its connection to an approaching apocalypse.
