Synopsis
Genjyo Sanzo is tasked by human leaders with halting a strange sickness that has driven the Youkai into violent madness. To carry out the mission, he gathers Cho Hakkai, Son Goku, and Sha Gojyo, first putting their loyalty and abilities to the test. Together, the uneasy group heads west in search of a way to end the spreading affliction before it reaches them.
