Synopsis

After juvenile law is abolished in South Korea, a new system confines young offenders in rehabilitation centers. Min-su is sent to one after being falsely blamed for murder, only to discover that ordinary appeals offer no way out. His brother Yu-seong enters the facility as a guard, seeking to protect him while the brothers confront an unjust institution and pursue escape.
