Ratman

Synopsis

Shooto dreams of becoming a hero, but his short stature puts that ambition far outside the public image expected of superheroes. Rather than abandon his goal, he takes on the role of a villain—at least in name. His actions soon blur that distinction, raising an awkward question: are the supposed heroes truly on the side of justice?
