Synopsis

In 2048, a rail link joining Japan to the Eurasian mainland has transformed Tokyo into a volatile center of crime and terrorism. As hidden, nonhuman predators begin killing residents under cover of night, a mysterious figure known as Origin confronts the threat. The city's violence and Origin's unknown nature become central to a struggle over creatures concealed within ordinary human society.
