Synopsis

Eighto has long felt defined by the name he carries and its connection to the number eight. At school, that symbolism draws him toward Tomoya Hatta, a classmate known as Hachi. Their relationship begins with casual greetings and brief conversations, but these modest encounters gradually unsettle Eighto's understanding of what he feels for Tomoya and whether it can still be called friendship.
