Synopsis

Seventeen-year-old Emma Lane would rather avoid the outdoors, but her mother sends her to Camp Mapplewood for the summer anyway. Hoping to be sent home, Emma clashes with the camp's social pressures and relentless mosquitoes until Vivian Black, a guarded and captivating assistant counselor, catches her interest. Their growing connection makes Emma question whether leaving is what she truly wants.
