Synopsis

Kotaro Kudo has earned a fearsome reputation as the strongest fighter in the streets. After thirteen men abduct his younger sister, he confronts them, only to be arrested when they are later discovered dead. Instead of facing an ordinary trial, Kotaro is sent to a strange school whose students must satisfy an undisclosed standard tied to violence and crime.
