Synopsis
After being elected president of her school's Student Council, first-year student Kurokami Medaka immediately creates a suggestion box for her classmates. Determined to handle the council's many responsibilities, she soon realizes she cannot manage everything alone and turns to her childhood friend, Hitoyoshi Zenkichi, for assistance. Their partnership forms the starting point for the council's activities.
