Synopsis

When a naked man is found dead on a Japanese street, detectives Ken Mizoguchi and Nao Inoue discover connections to a series of grisly murders and an unusual roundworm traced to Botswana. Their investigation points toward a spreading biological threat capable of becoming a nationwide epidemic, while a lead involving an elusive photographer gives them a narrow chance to identify its source.
