Synopsis
Madoka Kaname and her friend Sayaka Miki are offered the chance to have a wish granted by Kyubey, a mysterious creature who recruits girls into a supernatural battle. In exchange, they must become magical girls and confront witches—cursed beings linked to deadly tragedies. While veteran fighter Mami Tomoe introduces them to this dangerous duty, the enigmatic Homura Akemi urgently tries to keep Madoka from accepting the contract.
