Synopsis
In 2025 Tokyo, an unusual narcotic made primarily from sugar has begun flooding the streets. Susui, an undercover narcotics agent embedded within the yakuza, is trying to trace the supply back to its creator when his cover places him in peril. His unexpected protector is Riri Hoshina, a young woman who calls herself a magical girl, drawing Susui into a dangerous clash between law enforcement, organized crime, and the mysterious Candy trade.
