Synopsis
In feudal Japan, Ogami Itto serves as the shogun's official executioner until the Yagyu clan engineers his disgrace and destroys his family. With his honor shattered and his infant son Daigoro beside him, Itto leaves his former life behind to work as a hired assassin. Father and son travel through the country while he pursues a reckoning with the clan that ruined them.
