Synopsis

Years after losing his wife, Takeda learns that the cancer threatening his own life is not his only burden. His daughter Sawako, who vanished fourteen years earlier, has been found dead, and the investigation is nearing its legal deadline with no meaningful progress. Refusing to let the case disappear, Takeda begins pursuing the truth himself, despite his worsening health.
