Synopsis

Years after disappearing, young shaman Samizo Kohei resurfaces in Shinjuku with a warning of the apocalypse and a body rebuilt from his deceased friends' remains. Their personalities still linger within him, complicating his work at an illegal clinic. As he investigates supernatural killings and protects the district's hidden community, allies and enemies alike question whether he intends to avert catastrophe—or bring it about.
