Synopsis
A Tokyo high school student spends rainy mornings away from class, drawing footwear designs in a quiet park. There he repeatedly encounters a reserved older woman who drinks alone and speaks in fragments. Their unusual meetings begin with an enigmatic tanka, prompting him to interpret her parting words while both navigate the private struggles that brought them there.
