Synopsis
After a once-in-a-millennium comet appears over Japan, Mitsuha, a rural high school student longing for Tokyo, begins waking from dreams in the body of Taki, a city teenager balancing school with a restaurant job and an interest in architecture. Taki experiences the same strange exchange from the opposite side, leaving both to question why their lives—and identities—have become mysteriously intertwined.
