Synopsis

After awakening in the body of Ninaina, a frail noblewoman destined to die when winter arrives, the protagonist faces a life where ordinary movement, meals, and even standing are difficult. Her struggle for survival is complicated by assassination attempts arranged by her grandfather. Kaiser, a guarded man tasked with keeping her alive, becomes her reluctant protector as she seeks to regain her health.
