Synopsis
Akira moves from the countryside to Tokyo expecting a fresh start, only to find his new job gone and his promised accommodation unavailable. With nowhere to stay, he turns to Chihiro, a childhood acquaintance who welcomes him into his home and takes care of his daily needs. Akira soon questions Chihiro's intense devotion—and the purpose of the watchful men surrounding him.
