Synopsis
Louise longs for a devoted marriage, but her husband Reyard openly maintains relationships with other women and expects her to accept them. He makes the continuation of their marriage conditional on her tolerance, leaving Louise powerless to challenge the arrangement. When Reyard tells her to choose a lover of her own, she follows his demand, turning his rules for their marriage into a new source of conflict.
