Synopsis
During a walk, grade-schooler Nanoka Koyanagi encounters a stray cat and three women whose lives seem marked by different kinds of pain. A high school student hides injuries on her wrist, an adult woman is demeaned by her colleagues, and an elderly woman seeks a quiet way to spend her remaining years. Their meeting draws Nanoka into questions about suffering, isolation, and the connections between strangers.
