Synopsis
Years after losing his wife, former yakuza member Genji takes in what appears to be a stray kitten found during a storm. His new companion is actually a shapeshifting non-human who grows into a human boy under Genji's care. As the child reaches adulthood, the familiar bond between them begins to shift, bringing their changing feelings into conflict with the relationship they have always known.
