Synopsis

After losing their only child, a married couple retreats to a remote island in hopes of coping with their grief. The husband, Seiichi Kirishima, secretly intends to murder his wife and hide her remains in the wilderness. When she flees into a cavern, their marital conflict becomes a desperate struggle for survival against a ravenous creature lurking underground.
