Synopsis
In 1991, arcade games are Haruo Yaguchi's refuge from an unremarkable school life. His routine changes when Akira Oono, a wealthy and admired classmate, defeats him repeatedly at Street Fighter II and every other game they try. Though Haruo is frustrated by her relentless victories, their repeated encounters gradually draw the two very different children into an unexpected friendship.
