Synopsis
In contemporary England, shoemaker Turner encounters Benny, an enigmatic young man who says he once belonged to the angelic realm. Concerned by Benny's lack of footwear, Turner offers to craft him a pair, but the work will take months. During that time, Benny moves into Turner's home, where an unfamiliar guest and a budding first love disrupt the shoemaker's routine.
