Synopsis
In 2017, Tokyo is overwhelmed when its plant life transforms into a force capable of dismantling human civilization. The remaining people retreat into the subway system, where dwindling provisions make survival increasingly precarious. Akira, an ordinary high school student, must venture beyond this underground refuge and confront the hostile vegetation threatening what remains of humanity.
