Synopsis
After a forbidden attempt to restore what they lost, brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric are left paying different physical prices: Edward bears severe injuries, while Alphonse's spirit is bound to armor. Edward joins the state's alchemical forces, and together they search for a legendary artifact that might restore their bodies, while confronting the damage caused by alchemy's military use.
