Synopsis
Mitsuki dreams of becoming a singer, but a serious illness affecting her throat has put that ambition out of reach. Her circumstances change when two mischievous spirits offer her a brief chance to live without the illness's limitations. With that temporary freedom, Mitsuki begins pursuing music while confronting the uncertainty surrounding her health and future.
