At Kaibara High School, a new student named Sawa begins navigating life in the same setting as the earlier Fruits Basket story. Her arrival introduces a fresh perspective on the school's everyday relationships, personal struggles, and romantic tensions, with the series blending comedy, drama, and slice-of-life elements around her experiences.
